Job Summary Queen’s University is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join the Queen’s Temporary Administrative Pool. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to be considered for short-term casual assignments throughout the university as they become available. These assignments may vary in responsibilities and hours, typically ranging from 25-35 hours per week. Responsibilities may include reception duties, calendar management, meeting organization, minute-taking, and basic bookkeeping. Due to the variable nature of the work, flexibility and availability to start work promptly are essential qualities for candidates interested in joining the pool.
